Nascar is very difficult to see hiding on the right behind a little bush. He lounged in the yard, very unafraid of anyone's presence. My daughter named him Nascar because he is a fast runner and his markings resemble racing stripes.

All of these cats are feral. It took some time, but with the help of a Sonoma animal shelter and Carol and Tony, owners of Spud Point Crab Company, all have homes.

Those that wouldn't leave Bodega Bay live in wonderful little houses built for them by Carol and Tony.
